How do Glory Days Apparel's rad shirts fit?
Glory Days Apparel uses the finest quality threads for our shirts. We usually use two different fits... Our most commonly used is a more modern tailored fit. The arms and chest will be more fitted. The second style we use is Comfort Colors(TM), which is a more classic fit. It will be looser in the body and the sleeve than our more tailored fit.
*Most of our tie dye shirts run small. We strongly encourage ordering a size up.*

What size is a "Schmedium"?
A Glory Days Apparel "Schmedium" is a true medium. It's not an in between of a small and medium. It's just a fun brand indside joke:)
Will my Glory Days Apparel shirt shrink when washed?
Glory Days Apparel shirts shouldn’t shrink much, if at all. Both our 50/50 blended shirt and 100% cotton Comfort Colors models are pre-shrunk.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! We offer e-gift cards in denominations of $10, $25, $50, or $100. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
We can do custom gift card amounts when purchasing in-store.
How soon will my order ship from the Glory Days Apparel headquarters?
Inside the Glory Days Apparel headquarters we’re working like mad to get your order out so you can start rocking it as soon as possible. Most orders will ship from the Glory Days Apparel warehouse within 2-3 business days. Orders typically arrive within 7 business days with First Class USPS shipping.
Route Package Protection:
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

What shipping services does Glory Days Apparel offer?
Glory Days Apparel ships orders by First Class shipping through the USPS.If your order is over $100 Glory Days Apparel will pay the tab for you. If you're in a rush, we do offer Priority shipping as an option when checking out.
Incorrect shipping address:
We attempt to be proactive with any addresses the USPS marks as "not recognized" or "Incorrect", but we are not responsible for addresses input incorrectly during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to customer error when inputting the shipping address, we can re-ship at customer's expense. We will send an invoice for shipping. Once the new invoice is paid we'll ship the order out to the corrected address.
If customer refuses to pay for shipment to the correct address, the order can be picked up in-store within 30 days, or we'll cancel the oder (any cost of initial order will not be reimbursed).
If I live in Charlotte, can I come shop your brand?
Sure can! We have a storefront located in South End Charlotte. You can find us at: 2202 Hawkins St., Charlotte, NC 28203.
Store Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11am-6pm
Sunday: 12pm-5pm
Do you have parking at your store?
Yes, we do! It's free and it's right out front of our store located at 2202 Hawkins Street. However, keep in mind you are only able to park there while you shop. If you venture off site and/or keep you car parked after operating hours, you run the risk of being booted or towed.
You are able to park while you shop at our store or any other stores in The Mark complex during operating hours. Towing/Booting starts after store hours and they monitor length of stay. Glory Days Apparel is NOT responsible for cars towed or booted.
Will Glory Days Apparel ship internationally?
Yup! We can ship internationally. Be sure to choose that option when checking out and provide all necessary information so we can complete the customs form.
If you feel the shipping cost is high for your region, contact us and we'll see if we can offer a lower rate.

- If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell - we will send an invoice to ship back to customer for shipping back. Understand that we are a small business and every single item counts. We cannot offer free shipping back in the case of unreturnable merchandise.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking. Please understand we're a small business so these are expenses that add up for us. If you have any sizing or blend concerns before ordering, please feel free to contact us. We're happy to help make the item selection as informed as possible for you.
- No price adjustments for previously purchased items.
- In the case of a return, a store credit will be provided via email that can be used in store or online, excluding any shipping costs paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for Glory Days Apparel to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Glory Days Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you're experiencing delays in your delivery or a shipment that says "delivered" but hasn't yet, please contact the USPS to have them help you locate. - Even for exchanges, we are issuing store credit. Once the return is received in returnable condition, we will issue a store credit that can be used online or in-store.
- Please allow 3 business days from the date of receiving to process the store credit.

In-Store Cropping:
We are now offering in-store cropping on purchased Glory Days Apparel t-shirts. Now, you can custom fit any of our t-shirts to fit you the way you want!
How it works:
- We will crop any purchased Glory Days Apparel t-shirt for free.
- If you’re wanting us to crop a new Glory Days Apparel shirt, you must purchase the shirt before we begin the process.
- Any shirt brought it that isn’t a Glory Days Apparel t-shirt we will charge $5 per shirt to do custom cutting.
- Customer must be present for the process to ensure proper cutting measurements. Cropping is done at our South End Charlotte store.
- ONLY trained Glory Days Apparel staff are permitted to use the cropping machine and cut shirts.
- We base the length of measurement on our popular crop tee. Small is 17 inches down from the lowest point of the neckline, 18 inches for a Schmedium, and 19 inches for Large.
- Unless stated otherwise, we usually recommend adding a 1/2 inch to allow for rolling since it’s a raw hem.
- We can cut any desired length, but the above measurements are a base guideline
- Our staff is extensively trained in this procedure and we consult your preference throughout the cutting process, but all sales are final on cut t-shirts. Accuracy and precision is our intention, but the consumer assumes the risk when having us cut their shirt. No refunds or exchanges on cut shirts.
