HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

** WE WILL EXCHANGE/RETURN ITEMS THROUGH SUNDAY, JANUARY 15th FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE AND IN-STORE BETWEEN NOVEMBER 21st AND DECEMBER 24th.  ANYTHING BOUGHT AFTER THE 24th IS SUBJECT TO THE STANDARD 14 DAY RETURN POLICY OR THE JANUARY 15th DEADLINE, WHICHEVER IS LONGER. **

** HOLIDAY ORDERS ARE STILL SUBJECT TO THE SAME RETURN POLICY WITH CREDIT GOING ONTO A GIFT CARD. **

** WITH INCREASED CONCERN AROUND LOST AND STOLEN MAIL AROUND THE HOLIDAYS, WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO STAY OPTED IN FOR ROUTE DELIVERY PROTECTION WHEN CHECKING OUT ONLINE.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.  IF YOU OPT OUT OF ROUTE, YOU ASSUME THE RISK.  (IF YOU HAVE A PACKAGE THAT GOES MISSING AND YOU HAVE ROUTE, YOU'LL WANT TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY THROUGH THEIR APP OR WEBSITE TO FILE A CLAIM.) **

*In regards to the officially licensed Baker Mayfield "Unleashed" t-shirt, with this being a limited edition run, we are not accepting returns on this item.  We're only offering size exchanges for the same product.*

What is the Glory Days Apparel return policy?

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Glory Days Apparel purchase and experience so If you have questions or concerns feel free to contact us before making your purchase.

      IN-STORE PURCHASES:

      • All exchanges/returns must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
      • This policy is in place from the date of the purchase, not date of delivery.
      • Exchanges/Returns will be not done for products that have been previously worn, washed, or damaged.
      • We cannot do exchanges/returns on items purchased through a 3rd party vendor.  
      • Glory Days Apparel reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item being exchanged.
      • No price adjustments for previously purchased items. 
      • Proof of purchase is required for an exchange/return.

      Exchange through the mail:

      * ALL EXCHANGES DONE BY MAIL WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT THAT CAN BE USED ONLINE OR IN-STORE (NOT INCLUDING ANY SHIPPING COSTS PAID).

      Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning products for return. 

        • All exchanges/returns must be completed with 14 days of purchase.
        • If you would like to send a return back through the mail, please send an email to info@glorydaysapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.  We will have you reference your original order number when mailing back so we're able to look up once it's received.
        • This policy is in place from the date of the purchase, not date of delivery.
        • Returns will not be done for products that have been previously worn, washed, or damaged.
        • Glory Days Apparel reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item being returned.
        • If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell - we will send an invoice to ship back to customer for shipping back.  Understand that we are a small business and every single item counts.  We cannot offer free shipping back in the case of unreturnable merchandise.
        • Customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking.  Please understand we're a small business so these are expenses that add up for us.  If you have any sizing or blend concerns before ordering, please feel free to contact us.  We're happy to help make the item selection as informed as possible for you.  
        • No price adjustments for previously purchased items. 
        • In the case of a return, a store credit will be provided via email that can be used in store or online, excluding any shipping costs paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for Glory Days Apparel to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Glory Days Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you're experiencing delays in your delivery or a shipment that says "delivered" but hasn't yet, please contact the USPS to have them help you locate.  You can fill out a missing mail search here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 
      • Even for exchanges, we are issuing store credit.  Once the return is received in returnable condition, we will issue a store credit that can be used online or in-store.
      • Please allow 3 business days from the date of receiving to process the store credit.
