How soon will my order ship from the Glory Days Apparel headquarters?
Inside the Glory Days Apparel headquarters we’re working like mad to get your order out so you can start rocking it as soon as possible. Most orders will ship from the Glory Days Apparel warehouse within 2-3 business days. Orders typically arrive within 7 business days with First Class USPS shipping.
Route Package Protection:
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

What shipping services does Glory Days Apparel offer?
Glory Days Apparel ships orders by First Class shipping through the USPS.If your order is over $100 Glory Days Apparel will pay the tab for you. If you're in a rush, we do offer Priority shipping as an option when checking out.We do offer In-store pickup during certain times.
Incorrect shipping address:
We attempt to be proactive with any addresses the USPS marks as "not recognized" or "Incorrect", but we are not responsible for addresses input incorrectly during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to customer error when inputting the shipping address, we can re-ship at customer's expense. We will send an invoice for shipping. Once the new invoice is paid we'll ship the order out to the corrected address.
If customer refuses to pay for shipment to the correct address, the order can be picked up in-store within 30 days, or we'll cancel the oder (any cost of initial order will not be reimbursed).
**NO LONGER OFFERED** How does "In-Store Pickup" work?
We are no longer offering in-store pickup as an option when checking out online. As we've grown, we've had less room in our store for holding orders. Additionally, we saw more and more orders not being claimed and it was becoming less efficient for our staff. If you still have an order needing to be claimed, see our policy for orders past 30 days and reach out to us for a shipping invoice (you should have already gotten one. Check your spam folder).
If I live in Charlotte, can I come shop your brand?
Sure can! We have a storefront located in South End Charlotte. You can find us at: 2202 Hawkins Street, Charlotte, NC 28203.
Store Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11am-6pm
Sunday: 12pm-5pm
Will Glory Days Apparel ship internationally?
Yup! We can ship internationally. Be sure to choose that option when checking out and provide all necessary information so we can complete the customs form.
If you feel the shipping cost is high for your region, contact us and we'll see if we can offer a lower rate.
